ONGOING FAMILY Genealogy PROJECT

Over the years, our family has utilized various methods to collect this data. These methods include, but are not limited to census data, local courthouse records and family knowledge.

All information that has been communicated has been validated for the level necessary to publish this comprehensive genealogy record.

We need your help!

This is an ongoing project. We need you to take a moment and review the attached file.

As an advanced warning, the file is very data extensive. Please follow the steps below to assist us in ensuring we have the most up-to-date records.

Step 1: Download the file from the link above.

Step 2: Once the file is downloaded, click to open the file.

Step 3: While inside of the PDF file, hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and simultaneously depress the “F” key. This launches the search button in the PDF file.

Step 4: Type in the name of the person you which to find. For example, if you wish to find the section on your genealogy, then type your first (or first + last name) in the search window.

Step 5: Once you locate your immediate family’s section, print the pages before and after this page. For example, if you find your name on page 25, then you would want to print pages 24 and 26 as well. You can print more but this will serve as a baseline.

Step 6: Once you have identified the pages you need to print, then go to file on the PDF document and scroll down to select print.

Step 7: Under the pages to print section in the print dialogue box, select “pages”. Type in the range of the pages you would like to print. Using the example above, you would type 24 - 26 in the pages range box.

Step 8: Review the accuracy of the data under your immediate (and even extended) family’s section. Mark the corrections on document. Make sure you add any new family members that were born or indicate if any family members have passed away. If the date of birth or any information is incorrect, make note of it on the document.

Step 9: Complete the form below noting your corrections. Be sure to include the page number(s) and the specific items that need to be updated.

Note: We will make every effort to ensure that this data is updated timely. However, as you are aware, if multiple requests are received, the updates will be processed in the order in which they are received.
